HAPPY NEW YEAR! Welcome, 2017! I hope you all had a fun, safe, and happy holiday season. It's Quickie Question time: that time of the week where I ask y'all a question to get you talking in the comments. This week's question:
Christmas is next weekend! Woo! I think I'm all ready. I have done all my decorating and shopping and wrapping and I need to finish my baking. This will be the first Christmas we have spent in Texas, as every year we've made the two day drive up to see my parents! But now they're here, so no drive for us! Here's this week's question:
Wow, this month is flying by! We're almost halfway to Christmas already. I think my schedule is finally starting to slow down somewhat, in that all of my adult choirs are done. I still have Children's Choir, Playgroup, Bible study, and various Christmas parties, including preschool! Anyway, here's this week's question:
I love my Christmas Tree. Every single ornament on my tree has a story behind it. Some of them are ornaments made by my great grandparents before I was even born. Some of them are ornaments passed down to me from my mom or my grandma. A lot of them are celebrating moments in my life. I have ornaments for my kiddos too. So, let's take a tour of my Christmas tree, shall we?
Hello everyone! Happy week after Thanksgiving! I hope you all had a fun holiday and ate some delicious food and spent time with people you care about.
Well, it's Monday again, the last Monday in November, and that means it's time again for Quickie Questions, where I ask y'all a super important question in hopes of getting y'all talking to each other in the comments! This week's question:
Hi everyone! I'm back. Hopefully Froot Loop is better (we have our follow up appointment tomorrow) and Cocoa Puff and I are over this allergy thing which rolled in with the cold front earlier this week. So, I was wondering:
Happy Halloween! October is finally almost over and the candy frenzy begins! We've already had tons of candy here: Froot Loop's birthday, Homecoming parade, cousin's birthday party... candy candy candy! Here's this week's question:
Thanksgiving! Some people call it Turkey Day, which sort of gets on my nerves a little, but really, the meal (at least the eating part) is all about the turkey, so I can see why it’s called that.
This is a super cute turkey craft that can easily be used as centerpieces at your table or as cute gift boxes. This craft features your kiddos, but really, it’s going to have to be assembled by you, or your older kids.
