My youngest son helped me pick out this week's Wishlist Wednesday item. He's REALLY been in to Play-Doh lately, and he found this Play-Doh at the store and asked me to get for him. I said no, but I did put it on his wishlist!
This latest issue of Wishlist Wednesday is from Cocoa Puff's wishlist. It seems as though he has a new thing he likes to do: jigsaw puzzles!
Ohhhh Cocoa Puff... He likes going to preschool so much that on his days home, he gets bored and always wants to do stuff with MAMA! Most of the time that's okay, but sometimes, Mama needs to get things done. So, I let him go with a bunch of art supplies and told him to have fun while he crafted and I sat next to him, working.
Froot Loop got a big "Doll House" for Christmas. He could care less about the doll aspect of it: He wanted to remodel it and put furniture in it as well as wire it up with lights and fans and other electricity. It's going to be a FUN project for us to do together and I'm really looking forward to it.
Who doesn't love arcade games? We sure do. We don't get the chance to go to an arcade very often since there aren't any here in our teeny tiny town, but when we are willing to make the drive or are in another town anyway, we do try to go.

You know, I never really liked Halloween that much as a kid. Sure, it was a day to dress up and be silly and get all sorts of candy and stuff, but really, I wasn't that impressed by it.
Both of the boys are pretty fascinated by fish. We have three goldfish going on 2 years old that we won at a Halloween carnival! Every time we visit an aquarium or zoo, we always have to spend extra time with the fishes.
Summer may be over and I may not be planning any more trips to the beach for now, but I found a way for my kiddos (and for me!) to keep playing with sand all year round!
