On Tuesday, I wrote about the Kindle Fire. Today, I will share with you some of our favorite apps. Most are available through Amazon Underground, meaning that the games are always free and have no in app purchases or ads. Hooray!
Amazon.com had their Kindle Fires on sale recently. Froot Loop has really been enjoying playing on his computer and my ipad, especially spelling games and videos about shapes and colors and letters and numbers.
We decided to buy a Kindle Fire for Kids (Fire Kids) for him and Cocoa Puff. (they have to share!)
Okay, so I got a deal (which I will pass along to y'all) where I got to try Stitch Fix for free. Basically, this meant they waived the $20 stylist fee included with each shipment. So, that meant that if I didn't like anything in my box, I wasn't out any money, but if I did like something, then hey, cool! New clothes. (Usually, you spend $20 per box on the stylist fee for each shipment. If you decide not to keep anything, you pay the $20 stylist fee, but if you do keep one or more items, it is credited toward your items.)
Coffee. Cappuccino. Latte. Espresso. Americano. Whatever form it comes in, I'll take it. I LOVE my coffee. I have a cup (just one, because I have anxiety and panic attacks and mild insomnia and too much caffeine causes BAD things to happen). However, I drink as much pretend coffee as my kids make me.

We’ve had a propane grill for a while and, while it’s convenient to just turn a couple of knobs and get the fires going, it doesn’t really work well for smoking. With this smoker box, it’s a heck of a lot easier. I’ve bought (and gotten as presents) bags of wood chips for smoking. I’ve got a tote container with bags of cherry, pecan, mesquite, and more.
It's the worst thing ever when your baby is sick! They're so little and can't vocalize how they feel and they're just miserable... At least Cocoa Puff almost made it to 9 months before getting sick for the first time. It’s much easier to take care of babies when they’re sick when they’re a little older. You have a few more tools in your arsenal! Here are some of the tools we used for Cocoa Puff.
I think one of Froot Loop’s favorite foods is waffles. He often asks for frozen waffles when I take him grocery shopping with me. Melissa and Doug make a cute waffle maker set, and Froot Loop has it.
