A Sneak Peek into the Lives of Mama's Family

Here is a little sneak peek into our lives. The crazy, whirlwind that is our lives.

Cocoa Puff loves to help me do yoga. Every night I do a yoga/stregth routine after I put Froot Loop to bed and before I nurse Cocoa Puff and put him to bed. Cocoa Puff gets super excited and usually joins me. 

Some days he gets right in my face while I'm doing forward bend or downward dog.

He's learning how to mimic me doing various Warrior poses. He really tries to do them! 

Usually, he ends up in my lap when I do my seated poses. 

He's so sweet. I love that he comes over and joins me. 

I sometimes like to work in a little bit of strength training while doing my yoga by lifting him. 

I gently guide him into some toddler friendly poses and he enjoys them.

And of course we end our yoga routine with a little corpse pose, but we often end up giggling so it's not a true savasana. But it's more fun this way. 

Froot Loop has recently rediscovered a love of painting. 

He's actually doing very well.

He really enjoys playing with colors and trying to paint shapes. 

He has made several very pretty pictures. He wants to hang them in his room. 

He's been asking for it every day! I usually allow him to paint right before bath time since it's easy to just put him in the water if he gets messy.

So far, our muffin tin is working well for holding our paint! 

Normally Honey Graham is working, but he works from home. He's awesome with helping me around the house and with the boys. I'd be lost without him.
