Happy Wednesday! Wednesdays mean Wishlist Wednesdays here on the blog, and this week, I found an item that made me laugh really hard! Here it is:
A cereal called HOLY CRAP.
I say this phrase all too often, so when I found this cereal, I had a good laugh. THEN, I wondered WHY it was called that.
24% of your daily fiber in 2 TABLESPOONS!?!?!?!?
HOLY CRAP indeed!
It looks pretty good though. Nice and healthy. And it will really get you moving, too, if you get my drift...
Do you eat enough fiber?
