My kids are ready for summer. They're only going into 1st grade and Pre-K next fall, but you know, the "summer slide" is very real. They've worked hard in Kindergarten and preschool this year and I do not want all of that hard work to go to waste. I've found an app that promises to help keep their math skills on pointe for the summer!

The app is called ZapZapMath! It's a pretty fun game for kids with kindergarten - 6th grade math levels. The little characters are relatable and the "gameplay" is pretty smooth and efficient.

I love how it keeps track of skills and progression and keeps track of all of the stats for each kid.

Plus, you get a daily reward for playing! How fun is that!?

The app makes math VISUAL for kids, which is a key way that they learn.

It's multiple choice questions, which is better for young kiddos.

When you get a question wrong, it's not embarassing or frustrating for kids... in this one game, the train went off the rails.

Then, the correct answer is given, and you're given a new problem to try again. It's a learning experience, and it's always good to learn from your mistakes!

The levels get harder as they go, which is a great way to learn new skills.

There's over 180 fun math games which cover just about every math topic your kiddos need, and there's also a fraction basics app, which has 12 animated videos to help students learn fractions.

Plus, One Zapzapmath Home Premium Membership gives full access to all 10 apps.

You can get 10% off of the $19.99/year price when you order through this (affiliate) Paypal link: BUY HERE Your account will be set up within 3 business days of successful payment and your ZapZapMath account information will match the name & email of your PayPal account.

Are you good at math?

This looks awesome! My son is finishing up Kinder this year and enjoys math! I'm always up for letting him learn while thinking he's just playing video games!

The summer slide is so real! I love that you’re taking steps to prevent it, and this game sounds like a fun way to reinforce the skills the students already have and perhaps give some enrichment, as well.

This is so much more advanced than when I was growing up. Could've really used this as math was definitely not my strongest subject.

You know I am really glad you shared this! My kids use ABC Mouse but I feel like they play silly games more than learn. I want to try this app out for the summer.
