Pain. Is it stress or is it my gallbladder or appendix!?

I apologize, y'all. I'm in pain today.
I'm going to the doctor tomorrow to get my appendix and gallbladder and stuff checked out. Normal posts will resume as soon as I'm sure I'm okay.
