BeginAgain Toys: You've GOT to Check Out these Eco-Friendly, Wooden, Educational Toys!

There are tons of toy companies out there. There are tons who specialize in wooden toys and educational toys. There are tons who specialize in eco friendly toys. I found a company who does all of the above. They are called BeginAgain. 

I got this for Froot Loop to play with since he loves puzzles. He also loves cats, so I thought this would be a great combination of the two. There are lots of uses for these puzzle pieces. He likes to play with them like figurines. He puts the cats into his play houses and pretends to feed them and meows for them and everything. It's a lot of fun. The puzzle seems to be made pretty well. The pieces have held up to drops and a couple throws. 

The pieces have the color names on them and they have the color names in english and spanish. The pieces are made from eco- friendly rubberwood. The puzzle is non toxic and child safe.

I was very excited to see this was made in Fort Collins! We used to live there! The store is above Nature's Own store just off the Old Town square!

All in all, this is a fun puzzle that has many uses. We have used the pieces for tracing, for identifying colors, for comparing sizes, and now for learning spanish colors too. There are other shapes and styles too.

These are so simple. No electricity and so eco friendly. We will be buying more!

This company has all sorts of other awesome toys too! I bought Cocoa Puff the tumbler push toy for his birthday and I also bought one for a good friend’s nearly 1 year old for his birthday. 

I actually bought the first one for our friend, but I let Cocoa Puff “test” it out and he couldn’t put it down so I bought another one for him. 

I love this cute dinosaur car. It would be great for sensory development and also for those motor skills!

I set these aside for Froot Loop. He likes puzzles and this would encourage a different way of thinking for him. Cocoa Puff likes to look at the animals on it, but neither of them really “play” with it or try to put it together yet. 

I got these farm animal ones for Cocoa Puff for Christmas. He is really into farm animals and animal sounds right now so I will work with him on these as well as the forest/backyard animals. 

I love these alphabet puzzles too! There are a few different ones to choose from!

This is a super cute way to learn colors in both English and Spanish! 

This is on Froot Loop’s wish list. I think he’d get a kick out of this set. I think Cocoa Puff could even play with the figures too.

This is the other toy I considered getting for the birthday boy(s). But, I figured there are tons of other cars out there and the tumbler is so unique. I do like this car though. 

I really like this stacking toddler puzzle. It's great for fine motor skills, critical thinking, problem solving, and colors, size relationships, languages, and more. 

I put these on Cocoa Puff’s wish list. I think they are cute and would be a fun way to learn colors and numbers.

This under the sea story box is a hoot! I love the little wooden figures that they can hold and touch and feel. These also serve as prompts to work on storytelling! There are few of these different story boxes. These would be fantastic in a preschool or homeschool environment. 

So much fun! And I love that they are made with eco-friendly, non-toxic materials and in one of our favorite cities! I am very excited to see what other fun things this company comes out with.
