Little Wheelies: Pint-Sized Cars for those Pint-Sized Little Hands

Froot Loop has always loved cars and things with wheels. For his first birthday, he got a bunch of the Fisher Price Little Wheelies. Before a long road trip we took before his second birthday, I got him all of the airplane and helicopter vehicles to play with in the car. He still plays with them often. Now, Cocoa Puff plays with them too!
Unfortunately, the boys are still at the age where they play AT each other or BY each other instead of WITH each other, but this will come with time, I hope.
These were the first Little Wheelies cars he got. It was love at first sight. For the first few weeks after getting these, he brought them EVERYWHERE. We seriously could not leave the house without his "Choo Choo," "Eep Eep," (the Jeep) "Car Car," and "Tuck Tuck."
Soon after, he got these too!
I have a funny video somewhere of him accidentally hitting his birthday cake with this car carrier truck
Of course, he had to get the cow car. There was a long time where he was in love with cows.
Once he got a few more cars, he started playing with the playsets as well.
He has an airport.
He also has a car wash.
I got these CARS vehicles to go with it. It was a big hit.
I love how all of the vehicles and playsets all work together. I guess that's the whole idea, but since we have so many toys, I try to get add-ons to toys we already own. The cars also are totally fun on their own. I made a ramp one day out of a sturdy piece of cardboard and we had hours of fun just with that.
These are the helicopter and airplanes he got before our really long road trip before his 2nd birthday.
I also bought him a recycling truck on the trip for the way back.
He also has these other bigger trucks. They’ve been known to carry nearly everything in our house. Cow really loves to ride in them. These bigger trucks are always the first toy that our friend William grabs when he comes over for a playdate.
There are several other playsets too, but I think I’m going to hold off on getting them for Froot Loop since he’s starting to enjoy playing with Hot Wheels more. Cocoa Puff enjoys them too, but he just got a bunch of VTech Go! Go! Smart vehicles and animals, for Christmas so he doesn't need any more cars at the moment. These are a lot different than the Go! Go! system because these are smaller, don't make noise or light up, and are more like Hotwheels/Matchbox cars, but made for smaller fingers to grip and grasp.
Cocoa Puff got the roller coaster and the race and chase rescue set for his first birthday last summer and he still plays with them pretty frequently.
These cars are GREAT for ramps. They’re bigger than hot Wheels, but fit well in little hands. There are tons of different cars and playsets, so there’s some for every kids’ taste. Plus, what kid doesn’t like toys with wheels?
Are you a Hotwheels or Matchbox family?
