Paw Patrol is on a Paw-ty! My son's AMAZING Paw Patrol birthday party.

I'm pretty well known for my birthday parties. I go ALL OUT for my boys' birthday parties. I buy tons of food and spend months gathering decor and planning games and activities. Back in the fall, we had Froot Loop's 5th birthday party, and it was PAW PATROL themed.
Decor:
I found all sorts of Paw Patrol themed printables on Etsy and Nick Jr and printed all of them out. This display here was for the door when everyone walked in.
I even printed out this adorable frame for photo opps. It was a big hit, but Froot Loop never got around to sticking his face in it!
I bought most of the decorations on Amazon or at Party City.
I got this cute table decor set.
I found these paper pom poms and put them up and hung them all over.
I also got these fun swirl decorations. They give a lot of sparkle!
And of course, we had tons of balloons.
I've gotten tons of uses out of this simple Happy Birthday banner, but if you don't have one, here's a Paw Patrol Birthday Banner.
Yep, I went all out. Paw Patrol everywhere!
Finally, I put up my printouts and even a 5 balloon in the kitchen.
Invitations:
I made a Facebook event and invited a bunch of friends and family. I also made these cute paper clips to give to people to put in their planners and calendars. They can be found at my Etsy shop.
Drinks:
I printed the Pups and their logos on these labels to use on the drinks.
I think they turned out SOOOO cute!
I got a box for each pup according to their color (Chase: blue, Marshall: red, Skye: pink, Rocky: green, Rubble: yellow, and Zuma: orange).
Then, I stuck the labels to the back of the Kool Aid pouches according to the color.
Since I had so many drinks, I took 20 of them to Froot Loop's class for his short little birthday celebration at school. They were a BIG hit.
For the "grownups" or other people who didn't want flavored sugar water to drink, I got regular bottled water and printed out some Paw Patrol labels for them.
Food:
The basic plan for the food was to have your basic chips, crackers, fruits, veggies, and cheese. I also made 9 different varieties of Puppy Chow (one for each pup!).
I bought Paw Patrol plates and napkins and also some plain blue ones. I had a HUGE stash of other plastic silverware from other parties I've done, so I just put those out instead of buying new ones. I used our deep freezer to put these things. I found the fabric at a fabric store and used it as a tablecloth. (afterward, I sewed it into a pillowcase)
I used plastic dog bowls to put all the varieties of Puppy Chow in. I decorated them with Paw Patrol Stickers.
I borrowed my mom's Cold Bowl On Ice to put the fruit in so it stayed cool for the party.
I always put out too much food.
Yep, too much.
And then we eat leftovers for a week.
The bowls with the puppy chow in them were the biggest hits of the food.
I made 9 different varieties: Lemon, Peppermint, Peanut Butter, Chocolate Cupcake, Vanilla Cupcake, Cookies and Cream, Coconut, Chocolate, and PB&J. I searched the internet and Pinterest for recipes and then tweaked them for my use. Someday, I'll share them with y'all.
Cake:
I went a little overboard with the cakes for this party.
I made 12 cupcakes with these adorable candy bones on them.
I also made 12 cupcakes with these gummies and cupcake picks. I also had Paw Patrol cupcake wrappers.
For Froot Loop's class, I made these Rice Krispie Treat bones using this cookie cutter. Since I had a few leftover, I served them at the party too.
I'm pretty pleased with how the Rice Krispie Treat cake turned out. I bought candles.
I started by using [red fondant] and cutting out bone shapes as well as a paw print. Then, I used orange piping gel to outline the paw print and put the candles and other deocrations on it.
I put all the cakes together on our kitchen cart for when we were ready for cake time.
I found a cute little train that I put around the cake and let it run for the duration of the party.
Activities:
The main activity for the kids was an Obstacle Course. I put out hula hoops, a balance board, stepping stones, an agility ladder, some big boxes, and used our swingset to make a fun course for the kids to run.
The kids played with balloons for awhile, too, and then we did the Pinata, which was a big hit. I just put simple filler in it.
Then, Froot Loop got to open presents!!
He got all sorts of fun stuff and a bunch of stuff he really wanted.
Then, we ate some more and let the kids run around while the adults visited and hung out.
Goodie Bags:
I have no idea why I didn't get any photos of our goodie bags! I put party favors, a plastic cup, Paw Patrol bracelets, masks, and a figurine. Yeah, it was a little too much, especially with the pinata, and I won't go this crazy again with the goodie bags.
Our pups were pooped after the party! So were the kids!
Overall, it was a super fun party and even though I had WAYYYY too much food (I couldn't get people to RSVP so I didn't know how many to plan for and guessed high) and went overboard. I love planning parties and other than cleaning the house, I love every minute of it.
Do you know about Paw Patrol?
