I absolutely love pasta and have many favorites. But if I had to pick one, I'd pick Penna Ala Vodka :)

I don't really eat pasta anymore because I'm gluten and dairy free. I've mainly switched to rice and potatoes for carbs :D

I do like spaghetti squash, but there's something lacking about a pasta dish when it's not accompanied by cheese. So, I just don't do it lol.
