Winnie the Pooh and Tigger Stacking Toy for your Winnie the Pooh- Loving Babies & Toddlers.
Although we didn't really have a baby shower for Cocoa Puff and I didn't make up his bedroom any special way, his unofficial "theme" was (and still is) Winnie the Pooh. The kid LOVES Winnie the Pooh.
One of his favorite puzzles to play with is this Winnie the Pooh stacking toy.
It's basically two large wooden poles, a bunch of wooden circles and hexagons, and a Pooh and Tigger topper.
Cocoa Puff likes to get out this stacking toy, his counting caterpillar, and some other puzzles at the same time.
It's an easy concept: stack the circles on one side and the hexagons on the other and then put Pooh and Tigger on top.
He can choose to stack by size or color or shape or any combination thereof. We've used it to work on patterns and matching and learning colors. We also use it for counting and size comparisons. The possibilities are endless!
It's extremely well made, and really, the only reason it has any sort of damage to it was because one of the dogs picked up a circle piece and started chewing on it. Thanks, Fruity Pebbles.
Doesn't she look guilty?
Anyway, yes, this toy is definitely a must for any Winnie the Pooh lover under the age of 3 or 4. It's got your expected Melissa and Doug wooden toy quality and is yet another example of the simplest toys sometimes being the best and the most imaginative!
