Usborne Books & More Roundup: Our Favorite Children's Books!

Happy Tuesday! As you may or may not have read yesterday, I just joined Usborne Books & More as an Independent Consultant. I have loved Usborne Books since Froot Loop was a baby. One of the first books he ever received was from my aunt, who has always been amazing at sending the boys (and me!) books.
I'm so excited to start this adventure. I have always loved reading. Recently, Froot Loop has learned to read (he's known his letters since he was about 18 months old and he's been doing sight words since, but in the last few months, he's really taken off) and I just want to cry when I think about it because reading is magical. It opens up an infinite number of worlds and I'm so happy for him!
This delightful series of board books is aimed at the very young child. The bright pictures, with their patches of different textures, are designed to develop sensory and language awareness. Babies and toddlers will love turning the pages and touching the touchy-feely patches.
There's TONS of titles available in this super fun series. We've managed to collect quite a few and both of the boys STILL love them! They're great for occupational and speech therapy as well.
I was SO excited when the box containing my consultant kit arrived at my door!

There is nothing like those great graphics to attract a child's interest.
Thank you for promoting reading like this...I am very active in my local school district, and know from our educators that children who learn to read well by 3rd grade can thrive, whereas those who don't will struggle to keep up. So important for them for the rest of their lives.
