Quickie Questions: Chores Edition

Why Hello there! It's time again for another Quickie Question. It's simple. All there is to it is that I ask y'all a question and you answer it in the comments! Don't be shy! Today's question: Which chore do you HATE doing?

Well, come on... tell me what chore you hate doing.

For me, it's dusting. I'm allergic to dust (like, REALLY allergic), so the act of dusting always makes me sick. Wearing a dust mask doesn't help as much as I'd like, and I can't convince any other of my family members to do it for me.

My least favorite chore is probably unloading the dishwasher. I'm not even sure why? Lol! It only takes about 4 minutes and it means I can load the dirty dishes as they are brought into the kitchen.

My least favorite chore is for sure replying to emails, which sucks because it is a big part of my life haha!

I am totally with you on the dusting! I have allergies too and dusting can make for a not-so-pleasant evening and next day! I keep telling myself I will hire a cleaning person to help me with my least favorite chores but I never seem to take the plunge. Maybe a good goal for 2019?

Mopping floors...I usually gage that the kitchen floor needs to be mopped when I walk out of my flip flops because the stickiness grabbed them...

dang, really good question. Which chore do I hate the most? Well growing up I hated mowing & raking the yard. In New Orleans, it was always super hot outside and every week it was like we did nothing the previous weeks because the yard grew like weeds! Now as an adult, I think I hate hand washing dishes.

changing the cat litter or pumping gas. hubbie did it when i was pregnant so now i try to do it more often since he did it for so long.

I can’t stand dusting. I hardly ever do it. I’ll vacuum, clean the toilet, do the laundry but I hate dusting.

Cleaning out the cat litter box. I am allergic to cats and the litter kicks up my asthma like crazy, but my wife is pregnant and can't go near the stuff for a while.

Oh i hate laundry the most. If money was not an issue I'd rather pay someone to do it than be tired and exhausted washing clothes.

I actually really enjoy cleaning! There is something so satisfying about it. The only thing I don’t enjoy is cleaning the oven.

for me the chore i would love to not have to do is mop. its just so much work! lol.

My husband is definitely the cleaner in our house. One thing I hate to do is fold the laundry. I have no problems doing it, but once it comes to folding, I lose interest and it usually sits for a few days.

I hate doing the dishes. We did not have a working dishwasher for the longest time so we had to do it by hand. Luck for me my husband does not mind it.

I would have to say it's a tie between laundry and picking up my kids toys 2-3 times a day. Laundry never ends with a family of 6 two of them are one year old twins so they are always messing their clothes. And the toys are taking over the house!

Yes! I'd have to agree with you. Dusting is the one that gets the most neglected. I'm allergic to dust too.

Well, let's see, I get tired of doing dishes and laundry, but I probably most intensely dislike scooping and cleaning litter boxes (we have 8 cats!) and cleaning the bathroom. Grocery shopping is another thing on my dislike list, yet it's another "necessary evil," so to speak.

My least favorite chore is the dishes! Probably because I feel like I am doing them everyday and just want a break sometimes! I agree that dusting is terrible sometimes as well, especially when you go to dust a ceiling fan!
