How much sleep do you get a night (just a rough average!)

6-8 but that is a huge achievement over my tiny 4 hours or less that I was getting for years.

I get about 6-8 depending on the night! I feel really great with at least 7 hours!

Approx 6 hours normally. Right now I have a toddler with the flu, so quite a bit less...

Nooooot long at all! I've always had some sort of sleeping disorder (never got it checked), every night I have some sort of problem: can't fall asleep, or I wake up a million times, or I have 10 different nightmares in the one night. It honestly sucks, but after 23 years, I've learnt to live with it. Plus things such as working mornings whilst my partner works nights, AND the fact that I have to take medication at night AND morning also affect my sleep. At the moment I'd say I get about 6 hours at MOST per night!

I can't really answer that question cuz it differs from time to time. Maybe around 4 to 6 hours in max..

i KNOW i DON'T SLEEP A LOT! I have to sleep more! But I wake up so early becouse of the daily routine. 6 hours.

Sleep? What's sleep? I usually, probably? get about 7 hours of sleep a night IF my youngest doesn't wake me up. This last week has been just a toss and turn type sleep. Ugh!

The amount of sleep I get depends on my toddler. If he is having a good night, I get 8 hours.

My sleep depends on y kids sleeping time. When they sleep I'll make sure that I can sleep too.

Not enough! Unusually average around 6. I’m hoping that increases soon. (My toddler is an early riser.)

On average I think I get about 6 hours, but that's enough for me. Too much sleep makes me sluggish and groggy.

According to my Fitbit, I usually get between 5.5 and 6,5 hours each night. However, I make up for it on the weekends, often sleeping 12 hours at a time.

I would be lucky to have 5 hours of sleep a night. I know it is not enough, but it works for me.

Is 'not enough' a valid answer?! I'm 30 weeks pregnant and have a 2-1/2 year old...who doesn't like to sleep. On a good night I average 6-7 hours.
