Well, since my gallbladder surgery, I'm STILL unable to digest fats very well, although I MISS THEM SO MUCH. UGH! I just want some ice cream, or some butter on my toast! 

So here's this week's question: 

Would you rather eat a stick of butter or a whole gallon of ice cream?
