I love my essential oils! I’ve been making a lot of my own products at home thanks to Simply Earth but I also got a really cool roll-on for congestion.

This is Prime Natural’s Cold & Cough Congestion Roll on. It’s 100% pure essential oils. It can be found here: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07Q5QCBHS

The idea is to apply the oil mix directly to your skin, like on your chest, forehead, wrists, palms, feet, pressure points, or sinuses to help clear up respiratory issues. I regularly use essential oils to help me breathe and the roll on feature is so useful and convenient.

The ingredients: peppermint, eucalyptus, camphor, wintergreen, Rosemary, German chamomile, and basil in a carrier oil of grape seed oil.

This is a fantastic blend of ingredients that helps to naturally clear congested airways. Plus, since it does only work short term, you can keep reapplying as needed.

This is already pre-diluted with a carrier oil, so it's REALLY truly a grab-and-go product. (Remember you should NEVER put full-strength essential oils on your skin... it can cause irritation).

So, if you're looking for a drug-free alternative for mild congestion, try using essential oils, especially in roll-on forms like this one. I like to put it behind my ears over my ear tubes when they get clogged. You can FEEL the junk draining if you do it right!

And honestly, if you've got a serious case of congestion, there's nothing wrong with going the drugs route. You can still use this roll on if you're using cold or cough medicine.

How often do you get sick?

I love essential oils, and my family uses them almost every day. There’s a doterra blend called breathe that sounds similar to what you wrote about. It’s great to have all natural alternatives to relieve common ailments! Thank you for writing

I'm just getting into the essential oil game and am just learning about them. I've never put them on my skin topically, and I'm so interested to. Thanks for this awesome info. I'd say I get a cold once a winter/cold season (unless I'm around a bunch of kids haha!)

This sounds like a wonderful use of essential oils. My granddaughter has been struggling with cough for months. I think this would be a great product for her to clear it up, without other complications.

I have never used any type of essential oil during a cough or cold. I think I should start buying essential oils just incase. Thanks for sharing your story.

I didn’t know about this product, but it’s perfect when we are ill all at the same time at home, of course each one having it’s own roll-on.

I would honestly be LOST if it wasn't for peppermint for my allergies. I have a diffuser bracelet and wear it daily. Commercial allergy meds don't seem to do anything or me, but my peppermint oil at least allows me to breathe lol

I’ve really been getting into essential oils lately - I love peppermint for headaches and sore muscles and lavender for sleep.

I am interested in the product. When you said essential oils, which oils were used?
