Review of this Buckwheat Cushion I use during Yoga or While Playing on the Floor

I have extremely tight hips, especially after my last pregnancy. I can barely sit in lotus position for any length of time anymore. I thought I would try this buckwheat cushion to sit on to try to get deeper into those seated poses, plus it gives us an extra "seat" in the living room. Both of the boys love to sit on it or crawl on it too.
This cushion is heavy at over 4 pounds as it is filled with buckwheat. The cover is removable and washable, but make sure to dry it by air only. Do not put it in the dryer. I’ve already had to wash it a couple times and it’s still fine.
The cushion is very comfortable. It is a great height and it keeps its shape, even when my big ol’ butt is on it. It does not squish or squnch up like foam or polyester pillows and cushions do. If you need the cushion to be a smaller height, you could always remove some buckwheat from the cushion. There is another pouch in there with a zipper that comes undone and the buckwheat is in there. You could also add more buckwheat if you really needed to.
The buckwheat has a slight smell, but I honestly didn't notice it after a few days.
Overall, I love using this pillow. It allows me to get deeper into seated poses. It makes sitting in lotus position a lot more comfortable. It also is just fun to sit on. My kiddos love it too. I’ve been able to sit next to Cocoa Puff when he’s on his nap mat so when he stirs, I’m right there.
My only complaint, and it really is not the fault of the cushion I suppose, is that my ankle falls asleep if I stay in lotus position for too long. I am not sure if this is my fault or what.
Have you ever used one of these?
