Wishlist Wednesday: chickens edition

Okay, so I have wanted backyard chickens for YEARS now. YEARS! I kept saying we'd get them, then we had kids, and I kept saying "when the kids are a little older..." Of course, now we have dogs who would destroy live chickens...

BUT, that doesn't mean I can't have a plush chicken!

AHHHH! SO CUTE!

I just want it! I want a whole flock of them.

This is super cute! I'm not a huge fan of real chickens (I had an experience with a rather mean one when I was a teenager) but this plush one sure is cute!

Love it! I don't have chickens because we have a small yard and dogs but several people in our neighborhood do and swear the eggs are so much better.

I don't have any chickens but there are 2 wild turkeys that room the commons area in our sub-division and often hang out on our back deck. I think they watch the family room TV through the sliding door

We tried chicks and ducklings once. Unfortunately, they fell victim to some ravenous raccoons when they were only a few weeks old. The plush one is cute though!

Love it! I too like the idea of real chickens but it's not happening now. I will settle for plush as well.

Even at 22 I am a HUGE sucker for stuffed toys, ESPECIALLY when they're shaped like animals! My partner and I have slept with a penguin plush for almost 6 years now - and we have heaps of other animal teddies around the house

I have always wanted chickens as well...we have 2 dogs now so I don't think that would work out very well!

I had chickens growing up and never cared to get real ones again. this plushie is perfect though

This is a great alternative to have a live chicken. I've always had dogs, though I did have fish, a ferret, and a hamster when I was a kid.
