Quickie Questions: Getting Ready in the Morning Edition

It's that time of the week again: I'm gonna ask y'all a super important question in hopes y'all will answer it and get to know each other better! Since Honey Graham is gone for half the week and I'm on my own, here's this week's question:

How long does it take you to get ready in the morning? I'm more of a PopTart.... I get as much done as I can the night before and I'm pretty low maintenance (no makeup, easy hair, casual clothes). It only takes me a few minutes to get ready... my KIDS, however...

I am the same way . . . I am not a morning person AT ALL so I try to do everything I possibly can the night before. When I had to be to work for 6:30, I used to go so far as setting out my makeup on the bathroom counter and having the pod sitting in the Keurig!

It depends on the day. Sometimes it takes me 5 minutes, and sometimes it takes me an hour! It depends on how much I get done the night before, how much effort I wanna put in, etc.

After taking a quick bath in the morning, I just do my brows and apply lipstick. It only takes me about 30-35 minutes for that.

I wish I was a morning person. I really do try, but it just does not happen!

I wake up at 2 am to start work and multitask the chores around the house. You willl be surprised if you see me as a bundle of energy in the morning. I would rather say "I am a bundle of lethargy" until after I have had a second cup of coffee.

i could bring the boys at school without make up. I will just take a toothbrush and wash my face. I am a super low maintenance housewife.

I'm not a morning person so I am all for quick and easy 10 mins tops for getting ready. I do enjoy getting ready for a special day though I take a little more time for that.

I agree though it might also depend on the practice. I use to work at night, so I need to set my mind and be productive in spite of sleepy and cozy ambiance. But I've learned and like being more productive in the morning.

Morning isn't my time to be chipper, sleep has always been a struggle. But I love the ideas you mentioned, I'll be trying a few of them.
